Our top pick — a pair of 5 kg rubber-encased hex dumbbells that are the simplest way to start strength training at home. The hex shape stops them rolling between sets, the rubber casing protects your floor and reduces noise, and the knurled chrome handle gives a secure, comfortable grip. Sold as a set of 2, they're ideal for bicep curls, shoulder presses, lunges and rows — and with a 4.5-star average from 34,000+ buyers, they're among the most trusted weights on Amazon India.
